Objective:
This project aimed to support youth education, employability, and labor market integration by hosting and mentoring students and fresh graduates through the Bridges of Opportunities (BOO) project.
Project roadmap:
Through its partnership with INJAZ Lebanon, Sharekkna contributed to the Bridges of Opportunities (BOO) project by hosting selected students and fresh graduates as interns and volunteers. The initiative focused on equipping youth with employability skills and supporting their transition into the labor market.
As part of the collaboration, INJAZ shared candidate CVs with Sharekkna based on the organization’s needs. Sharekkna then reviewed applications, interviewed selected candidates, and determined internship placements and durations on a case-by-case basis.
The project formed part of a broader non-profit strategy aligned with SDGs 4 (Quality Education), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). Through this partnership, Sharekkna helped provide youth with practical opportunities for skill development, training, and professional exposure.
