
Objective:
This project aimed to recruit and train a team of interns in marketing and communication to effectively promote the Ultimate Homeschooling Mega Bundle and strengthen outreach efforts.
Project roadmap:
Sharekkna led the recruitment and onboarding of a Sales and Marketing team responsible for promoting the Bundle to target audiences, including parents, teachers, and educators.
A structured training program was implemented through three expert-led sessions covering key areas such as project planning, communication, performance tracking, leadership, and presentation skills. Topics included effective planning and elevator pitching, KPI and SMART goal setting, accountability and collaboration, understanding strengths, and presenting with impact.
Following the training, participants applied their skills in real-world marketing activities, including content creation, community engagement, and digital outreach, thereby increasing awareness and promoting the Bundle.
Background:
To ensure effective promotion of digital educational products, there is a growing need to equip young professionals with practical marketing and communication skills. This project addressed this need by combining capacity building with hands-on experience, enabling participants to contribute directly to awareness and outreach efforts.
